yellow-submarine.gifI was watching the Yellow Submarine the other night with my son Jeremy, and in watching it for the first time, Jeremy got to see his namesake. When I was a little kid, I loved the Jeremy character in the film (the Nowhere Man”) and decided then at age 7 that when I had a son, I would name him after the sweet little guy with the blue face.

With all the Rugrats and Sponge Bob Square Pants he watches, I felt it was finally time for Jeremy to see the cartoon that meant so much to me at his age. Not only did he love the film, but we drove around listening to the sound track today. I’m happy to report that Eleanor Rigby is his favorite Beatle tune.
