I was thrilled to see that former and now current Met David Coner
won his first game as a Met in over a decade last night. r

During his tenure as a Met from 1987 to 1992, Cone was one of my favorites. And even during his five year stint with the hated Yankees, I rooted for him. And so after a year out of baseball, it’s great to have David back in baseball, and in a Mets uniform no less.
