One of the saddest things about Detroit is that it’s filled with beautiful homes from Detroit’s golden era that now, no one wants to buy. Moving into Detroit often means moving into borderline neighborhoods and living far away from basic amenities like grocery stores etc. (There is only one Movie Theatre in all of Detroit).
