When it comes to politics and the quagmire the GOP has gotten us into, I am trying hard to remain positive. I am trying to concentrate on the concept that millions of people have awoken from a long sleep and are now getting politically active. And that’s why I think that MoveOn.org’s Bake Sale for Democracy is such a cool idea.r

On Sat., April 17, all across the country, thousands of people will organize bake sales to raise money for MoveOn PAC’s campaign to Take Back the White House. While George Bush raises money mostly from wealthy donors, we will demonstrate the broad-based grassroots support supporting MoveOn PAC and John Kerry. r
