I know that folks don’t often comment on this site, but I’m going to ask you guys for a hand…
I’m looking to put together a list of movies to watch with my nine year-old son and my 12 year-old daughter. What I’m looking for are movies that will be interesting for both the kids as well as for me. I’m thinking about movies like October Sky, The Secret of Roan Inish and the like, films that are not just fluff and that have something that the three of us can enjoy on our own levels. And please, no Disney suggestions.
Here’s the short list I’ve started of films I plan to watch with the kids:
- Chariots of Fire
- Rain Man
- Eight Men Out
